A Thai teen from the Klong Toey slum in Bangkok shows off his tattoo. He is one of many teenagers who illegally modify motor bikes, ride them without a license and block traffic by racing. All weekend, the Thai police try to round up these racers in Bangkok and the city’s outskirts. Many of the youths come from broken families where there has been little parenting.
